Nicole Tardif is an educational leader with more than 14 years of experience serving students, educators, and school communities. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles as an instructional coach, academic dean, assistant principal, and deputy principal, with a focus on instructional leadership, teacher development, school improvement, and student achievement.
She has coached educators at every stage of their careers, designed leadership systems that improve instructional practice, led professional learning, and partnered with school leaders to build strong school cultures and achieve measurable results.
Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Curriculum and Assessment, and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.).
She founded Assistant Principal Academy to provide practical, personalized coaching for assistant principals. Drawing on years of hands-on leadership experience, Nicole equips school leaders with the strategies, systems, and confidence needed to lead effectively, support teacher growth, and create lasting impact in their schools.
